McDonalds to Hire 50,000 People

It only makes you wonder if McDonalds is doing well enough to hire all these people to pay.  In atime where there are no jobs this seems to be a good thing because it gives people work.  The only questions that might come up are is this a good pay to give to people so that they can support themselves? Many people these days want to find a job that is secure.  Will this be a secure job?  How will employees be treated in the workplace and will they have proper benefits and work hours?  McDonalds will have to live up to all these things while hiring these new workers.
